Who we are

ACT Remedial Therapy Massage is one of Canberra’s longest established massage practices. We’ve been operating since 1993 and all our therapists are professionally qualified with extensive experience. What’s more we are continually improving our knowledge and skills with training in the latest therapeutic practice.

Our mission is to help you take control and manage your own health, harmony and self-awareness through therapeutic massage and support therapies, resulting in a pain-free quality life style.

What we do

Yes, we treat people who have problems such as whiplash, occupational overuse syndrome (OOS), back injuries, hip and knee reconstructions or replacements and stress-related disorders. We offer pre- and post- operative care. But you don’t have to have a major injury to benefit from massage. Our therapists are skilled at ironing out those little kinks that, left alone, can develop into something more painful. You keep your car running smoothly with regular servicing, so why not do the same for your body?

Where we are

You’ll find us at 33 Canberra Avenue in Forrest, on the left hand side as you drive away from Parliament House. Our clinic is situated just past Rydges Hotel before you get to Manuka Oval. There is free parking behind our building and our premises are wheelchair-accessible.

Choose your music

We have a variety of soothing music you can listen to during your appointment. However, if you’d like to play your own music during your session, you’re more than welcome to bring it along and use one of our iPod docking stations.
